Age: 13–30 years old (most exchanges target 16–25)
Nationality: Resident of an EU or Erasmus+ program/partner country
Group Participation: You apply through a sending organization (NGO, youth group)
No experience or qualifications required

Travel Costs: Covered up to a set limit based on distance
Accommodation & Food: 100% free
Participation Fee: Sometimes a small fee (€0–€50), depending on the organizer
Insurance: Often included or recommended
Training Courses

These are short-term learning programs (5–10 days) for youth workers, educators, and volunteers. They focus on improving skills related to youth work, project development, inclusion, mental health, sustainability, etc.

Age: Usually 18+
Profile: Youth worker, volunteer, NGO member, or aspiring in the field
Language: Basic English (courses are international)

European Solidarity Corps (ESC)

ESC allows young people to volunteer full-time (2–12 months) or short-term (2 weeks–2 months) in social projects across Europe.
