Frequently asked questions

Can you help me apply for a project?

Unfortunately, we can’t assist with applications. This page is for sharing opportunities only. Please contact the host organization directly using the info provided in the project’s Infopack.

Is there a database where I can search for all Erasmus Plus projects?

No, there isn’t a centralized database for Erasmus+ projects. We only share opportunities as they become available. Keep an eye on the page!

I’m looking for a project for a specific country, date, or age group. Can you help?

Sorry, we can’t provide customized project searches. Just follow the page and check for relevant opportunities as they’re posted.

I’m not a citizen of the listed country, can I still apply?

Yes, if you have legal residence in that country (e.g., a residence permit), you can usually apply under that nationality. Always double-check the Infopack or ask the host.

What’s the difference between a youth exchange and a training course?
  • Youth Exchanges are for young people and focus on cultural exchange and non-formal learning.

  • Training Courses are mainly for Youth Workers – people actively working with youth (professionally or voluntarily).

I’m older than the usual age limit. Can I still apply?

Some projects may accept participants above the standard age if you meet other criteria (like being a youth worker). Always check the specific call.

I am underage, can I still apply?

It depends on the project.
Most Youth Exchanges accept participants from 18 to 30 years old, but each project sets its own age limits. Check the Infopack or contact the hosting organization for confirmation.

What is covered in an Erasmus Plus project?

Erasmus+ projects typically cover:

  • Accommodation

  • Food

  • Travel (within a certain budget)

  • Participation in activities/workshops

Always read the Infopack for specific details on what’s included and what you might need to cover yourself.

How many times can I participate in Erasmus Plus projects?

There’s no official limit on how many Erasmus+ projects you can join, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria for each one.
However, some organizations may give preference to first-time participants—especially for Youth Exchanges—to give everyone a chance.

For ESC (European Solidarity Corps) and some long-term programs, there might be limits, so always check the specific rules in the Infopack.
